While it is easier to process information in the written word it doesn&#039;t necessarily mean that what you write will ellicit the same response you wish to receive. Remember those subtle nuances of expression and tone go a long way to giving you an accurate idea of what the other person is trying to say and those little smiley faces just don&#039;t cut it!</description>

		<description>hey Stephen...I have found communication via email liberating because it allows me to process slower and separate complex emotions into simpler ones, as well as allowing me to double check that the words I&#039;m using really reflect what I mean to communicate. I agree with the accountability aspect of face to face talks though. Hmmm I&#039;m just realizing the irony in replying to this post...</description>
